Meet Roshni

Roshni Ghosh MD MPH

I’m a physician, healthcare executive, and Duke-trained integrative health coach. I’m also a woman who hit perimenopause in the middle of a demanding career while parenting two young boys, two dogs, and navigating a long-term partnership.

Over the past five years, a lot shifted at once. I separated, divorced, got engaged, changed jobs multiple times, lost a dog, gained a dog, tried hormone therapy, tried GLP-1s, had surgery, cycled through workout trends, took up knitting and watercolors for sanity, and even dusted off my original Nintendo to get through some days.

None of it happened in isolation. And while each change was manageable on its own, together they created a period where my health, sense of self, and direction all felt unsettled at the same time.

Like many of the people I work with, I spent years not fully connecting what I was experiencing to perimenopause — despite my medical training. I saw countless providers, was told my labs were “normal,” and felt defeated by exhaustion and weight changes that didn’t respond to effort alone.

Over time, I found an approach that works for me most of the time. There is still trial and error, but I know what it feels like to feel like myself again — and I’m deeply protective of that clarity.

That lived experience, combined with years of listening closely to others, studying the research, and working inside complex healthcare systems, is what shapes my coaching today. I see midlife less as a single diagnosis and more as an inflection point — where health, purpose, and direction often shift together, even when life looks “fine” from the outside.

I created StrongHER Years to help individuals make sense of what’s changing and translate that understanding into clear, actionable plans for what comes next.

  • You’re doing the “right things,” but your body isn’t responding the way it used to

  • You feel less patient, less resilient, or more easily overwhelmed—and it’s not like you

  • Your health questions keep getting minimized as “normal” but you know something has shifted

  • You’re in a season where priorities are changing (career, relationships, parenting, identity)

  • You want a plan that fits real life—not a rigid protocol

  • You want clarity + action without being talked down to

My work focuses on helping people understand what’s changing, connect patterns across health and daily life, and build clear, actionable plans — from day-to-day decisions to longer-term direction — without oversimplifying the process.

If that resonates, you’re in the right place.

StrongHER Years is for you if:

A focused, half-price session to gain clarity and decide next steps.

A clear blue sky over a beach with gentle ocean waves, rocky shoreline, and green hills in the distance.

“Working with Roshni has been truly transformative at a time of major life transition. She immediately notices what motivates me, what excites me, and what inner barriers had been holding me back from living my best life.”

What is StrongHER Coaching?

StrongHER Coaching is structured support for navigating a midlife inflection point — when health, purpose, and direction often shift at the same time.

In every package, we move through a simple three-part process.

First, we clarify what’s actually shifting and what matters most right now — in the context of your real life.

Next, we translate that clarity into priorities and goals that are realistic, sustainable, and aligned with the season you’re in.

Finally, we build the habits, supports, and systems that protect your energy and help those changes hold.

Most people begin with a single, half-price session — a focused way to gain clarity and decide whether ongoing coaching is the right next step. From there, coaching can continue in different ways depending on what support looks most useful.

StrongHER Coaching is not medical care and does not replace your clinicians. I can, however, help you make sense of health information, prepare for visits, and navigate the system in a way that supports your goals.

How StrongHER Coaching Works

  • A focused entry point for women seeking clarity amid change. Together we will illuminate what matters most, reconnect to purpose, and translate this clarity into achievable actions.

  • A natural progression for those ready to sustain the work. We will refine habits, strengthen your alignment between daily choices and personal priorities, while also cultivating systems to sustain alignment across habits and priorities

  • This pathway is for those who want sustained support as they integrate changes across health, work, and daily life. We focus on applying insights over time — building systems, habits, and decision-making frameworks that support clarity, resilience, and forward movement as circumstances continue to evolve.
